HAVE A BLESSED 2026
January 6, 2026
Good day,
Well, we made it through '25 and it looks like '26 is going to be great year for us. Thank you for your great reviews and continued patronage.
If there are any particular topics you would like us to research please don't hesitate to let us know. Our goal is to answer as many health questions for you as possible. In 2026, we want you to be healthier than anyone else in your age bracket. We are always researching new products but will never offer them to you until we have tried them ourselves. At 78 years young I work out, don't look my age, and feel wonderful. I attribute my great health to eating the right foods, using only olive oil (for the past 50 years), eating lots of fruits and vegetables with meat maybe once or twice a month, and, of course, Artery Detox 6 days a week. I do not take it or eat anything on Sundays because I believe that having my body rest once a week is key to good health. I also sleep no less than 7 hours and no more than 8 hours every 24 hours.

THE INCREDIBLE EGG
December 16, 2025
One amazing egg provides 5 percent of your recommended daily vitamin A requirements and can help if you are anemic. Eggs are, in my opinion, are at the top of the super food chain. They have more benefits than most other foods could possible hope for. First they’re healthy to eat anytime of the day or night and can be used in hundreds, if not thousands, of combinations with other foods. Second eggs are one of the few foods that have no bad press. They actually benefit most of the body and I don’t know of any other food that can claim that.
Eggs are loaded with great protein which is a fantastic way to start your day because they will help keep your appetite satisfied longer than carbohydrates like cereals or bread.
Eggs are great for dieting as long as you forget the bacon and buttered toast. They can help you lose weight and keep your nutrition up. Their fat is monounsaturated which is the good fat. They will help you drop the abdominal (belly) fat so your friends won’t call you, “fatso” anymore and eggs won’t hurt your heart either.
They’re also good for building muscle, stronger bones, fighting fatigue, helping your mood get better, rheumatoid arthritis, regulating blood sugar, reducing the risk of breast cancer and may reduce your risk of Alzheimer’s disease. They can help prevent you from getting sick, improve your eye sight and eye health, they contain the good cholesterol and can keep your liver healthy and protect it from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, cirrhosis, and hepatitis.
They’ll help with inflammation just like omega-3 rich foods and will increase the body's ability to absorb carotenoids from vegetables and can help keep your blood pressure in check.
The choline in eggs will help your memory stay sharp even as you age. They won’t increase your risk of stroke or heart disease as some have thought in the past.
Eggs are rich in lutein which is beneficial in helping to prevent macular degeneration. Can you see how good eggs are for you?
Are you interested in losing some weight? You guessed it, eggs can help because of an amino acid that they are loaded with called methionine.
Eggs are so good that tests have proven that eating them regularly will help you stay full longer because of all the protein. They are low in calories and can be cooked on a stove, in an oven or microwave (be careful in a microwave since the yoke will explode if not scrambled) or boiled in water and each method will provide a wonderfully different eating experience.
Eating eggs will help stabilize your blood sugar. If you’re a type 2 diabetic eggs could help you reduce insulin dependency. Start out with just a few every week. If you are anemic they’re high in iron and will help with that too.
Eggs and heart rate go hand and hand beat for beat. They are packed with copper which is important to your hearts rhythm and can prevent those palpitations or the “skipping a beat” we sometimes feel. Copper also has antioxidant properties which allow it to help repair damaged cells caused by free radicals.
Eggs can help you get pregnant (if you are a female) because they are an excellent source of selenium, which can help improve fertility so if you’re having difficulty building the bump try some of the easiest to cook (even for a newlywed) food on the market.
Electrolyte balance is as important as keeping your heart beating so remember to have a few eggs on a regular basis. They are loaded with phosphorus which helps maintain electrolyte levels and prevent water retention.
Guys, you’ll want to make sure your women has eggs especially around that “time of the month.” Eggs have enough B vitamins, iron, protein and zinc to help fight the anemia, cramping, and fatigue related to menstruating.
Ladies, if you want your man to have super sperm eggs will help because they are an excellent source of folate which has been shown to improve the swimming of sperm which can also increase male fertility.
They can help you heal faster and better since they contain protein and zinc. So load up on eggs before that surgery. Better yet stay healthy so you don’t need the surgery.
Zinc deficiency can lead to carbohydrate cravings. Eggs have high amounts of zinc so your carbohydrate cravings should diminish as you add eggs to your diet.
Eggs taste great and you can prepare them with almost anything. Use your imagination and experiment. I’ve had them with asparagus, zucchini and mozzarella, red, green or yellow peppers with onions, in pasta, scrambled with tomato sauce, scrambled with salsa, hard boiled with mayo, mixed in with Italian sausage and a lot more.
If you haven’t figured it out by now I’m not sure that there’s a part of your body that eggs don’t help. Keep in mind that free range eggs that come from chickens that are fed organic pesticide free foods are the healthiest for you.
Finally you can look younger without eating the eggs.
THE EGG ON YOUR FACE CLEANSE
For once having egg on your face is a good thing. Most of us don’t know that the egg white is a great cleanser for acne defense, oily complexions and tightening your skin. It’s easy to use just by beating an egg white (save the yoke for the next treatment) with a ½ to 1 teaspoon of lemon or lime juice. Apply it to your face, let it dry by waiting about 10 minutes and then do it allover again.
THE YOKES ON YOU MOISTURIZER
The yoke you didn’t use to cleanse your face you’ll use now. Just mix it with two teaspoons of honey (all natural organic is best) until it becomes a smooth paste. Rub it onto your face and neck and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Use warm water to rinse it off. You’ve just given yourself a lecithin moisturizing treatment and saved yourself fifty to four hundred dollars depending on where you go for facials.
SAVE THOSE EGG SHELLS
Now let’s talk about the shells. We all know that when you get a piece in your eggs it changes the whole meal. I know first hand. When one of the fast food chains started to serve breakfast without fail if I had an egg on a muffin I always (literally) got some shell. It really ruined my breakfast. Now with all the highly processed liquid eggs not only is there no shell there’s also no natural nutrition. I’m not sure which is worse, shell in my real eggs or synthetic vitamins in my container eggs. I stick with the real eggs and hope for no shells. But below is some really good uses of egg shells.
100 PERCENT CALCIUM
First and foremost egg shells are all calcium and can be used in place if purchasing it. Simply bake them at 350 degrees for 6- 10 minutes or microwave them for 2 to 3. After they’re cooled grind them up into a fine powder. You can add them to smoothies, juices, coffee, or sandwiches since they have absolutely no taste.
CRITTER CURE
Pests like spiders, scorpions, beetles, etc., don’t like to walk on them which means that they make a great barrier to keep the unwanted away.
GARDENING
Any plants or garden vegetables that need calcium will grow much healthier if you crush your egg shells and distribute them in the plants and your garden.
GREAT COFFEE
The bitter acidic taste of coffee can be dramatically reduced by adding egg shells to it since the calcium in the shells will reduce and could even eliminate the acid depending on the coffee brand.
CLEAN THE POTS AND PANS
Finally egg shells are a great abrasive and can be use to scour pots and pans.

70+ YEARS OF WASTE
December 12, 2025
I'm in shock, and you might be too, because for most of my life I have been disregarding the most nutritious part of an onion.
Onion peels are packed with beneficial antioxidants like quercetin and fiber, offering anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting, and gut health properties, with potential benefits for heart health, blood sugar control, and even skin/hair. Richer in nutrients than the inner layers, they can be used in teas, broths, or powders to reduce food waste and support overall wellness by combating oxidative stress and promoting digestion, but should be thoroughly washed before use.
Key Health Benefits
-
Contains high levels of quercetin and flavonoids that fight free radicals, reduce inflammation, and support cardiovascular and neurological health.
-
High in fiber, which promotes regular bowel movements and prevents constipation.
-
Antioxidants help reduce oxidative stress, strengthening the immune system.
-
Studies suggest extracts may help regulate blood sugar levels, beneficial for managing diabetes.
-
Potential for Weight Management:
Quercetin and fiber may support metabolism and increase feelings of fullness, potentially aiding weight loss.
-
Can help reduce inflammation associated with joint pain and other conditions.
-
Infused water can be used as a hair rinse for shine and strength, and topical application may soothe skin.
How to Use Them Safely
-
Onion Peel Tea: Boil clean peels in water, steep, strain, and drink.
-
Broth/Stock: Add to soups and stews during cooking for extra nutrients, removing before serving.
-
Powder: Roast dry peels and grind to add to recipes for flavor and nutrition.
-
Infused Water: Soak peels in water for 15+ minutes and drink.
Important to Remember
-
Always wash onion skins thoroughly before use.
-
Sunlight increases quercetin in the outer layers, so avoid over-peeling.

THIS NATURAL DRINK DOES
AMAZING THINGS TO YOU
NOVEMBER 11, 2025
I never thought much about coconut water so my wife suggested I research it. To my amazement here's why I will now be drinking it every day.
Coconut water is a refreshing and nutritious beverage that offers several health benefits. Here are some of the key benefits:
Hydration: Coconut water is an excellent source of electrolytes, including potassium, sodium, and magnesium. It helps to replenish fluids and electrolyte loss making it ideal for athletes, travelers, and people with gastrointestinal issues.
Electrolyte Balance: The high electrolyte content in coconut water helps to maintain fluid balance and muscle function.
Nutrient Rich: Coconut water contains vitamin C, calcium, and magnesium. It also provides antioxidants that protect the body from oxidative stress.
Digestive Health: Coconut water contains natural enzymes that may aid in digestion. It is believed to soothe the stomach lining and reduce inflammation.
Weight Management: Coconut water is low in calories and fat. It can be a refreshing and hydrating alternative to sugary drinks.
Skin Health: Coconut water is rich in cytokinin’s, plant hormones that promote skin growth and regeneration. It may help to improve skin hydration, reduce inflammation, and protect against free radical damage.
Other Benefits: Coconut water has been linked to several other potential benefits, including: Improving heart health, boosting the immune system, and reducing the risk of kidney stones.

NOVEMBER 4, 2025 IS ALL TURKEY HEALTHY?
With thanksgiving right around the corner it’s time to think about buying the healthiest turkey you can find.. Research tells us that the healthiest turkey is one that is organic, pasture-raised, or free-range and cooked without additives.
-
Organic: Raised on a diet of organic grains and without antibiotics or growth hormones, which can help reduce the risk of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
-
Pasture-raised/Free-range: Allowed to roam outdoors and forage for food, which results in leaner, more muscular meat with a more developed flavor. "Pasture-raised" is not a regulated term, but can indicate a higher quality of life for the bird.
-
Heritage: A type of turkey that has a more natural breeding process, is leaner, and has free-range access.
-
Roasting: A healthier cooking method than deep-frying, which can add a large amount of calories.
-
Herbs and spices: Flavor your turkey with herbs and spices instead of butter or salt to keep it healthy. Classic herbs like sage, rosemary, and thyme, along with savory powders like garlic and onion, and spices such as paprika and black pepper add lots of flavor without fat. For a touch of sweetness or heat, consider adding brown sugar or cayenne pepper.
-
What to avoid: Basted, self-basted, or injected turkeys, as these are often factory-farmed and have additives injected into them.

OCTOBER 28 2027 CAR CRASHES BECAUSE OF BLOOD SUGAR
Yesterday I was driving and noticed a lady slumped over in her car at about 40 mph. She ran into a ditch, the car rolled onto its side and I immediately called 911. It happened very close to a fire station so they were there very quickly. I stayed around to answer questions and later found out that she was a diabetic and didn't take her medication. Because of that I decided to list the symptoms of high and low blood sugar since both can cause serious problems, especially when driving.
Symptoms of high blood sugar
blurred vision.
increased thirst and a dry mouth.
needing to pee frequently.
recurrent infections, such as thrush, bladder infections (cystitis) and skin infections.
tiredness.
unintentional weight loss.
Symptoms of low blood sugar.
Anxiety, nervousness, or irritability
Feeling weak or tired
Headache
Hunger
Nausea
Pale skin
Rapid or irregular heartbeat
Shakiness and trembling
Sweating and chills, or clammy skin
Tingling or numbness in the lips, tongue, or cheeks

OCTOBER 7, 2025 HOW DIRTY ARE YOUR SHOES?
How often do we think about what’s on the bottom of our shoes? Well, for me, not too often, UNTIL TODAY! I did some research and found that our shoes are a walking health risk.
A University of Arizona study found that over 96% of shoe bottoms harbor bacteria, including harmful strains like E. coli (which can cause intestinal and urinary tract infections) and Klebsiella pneumonia (which can cause pneumonia).
Shoes can carry viruses, and this exposure can be particularly dangerous for children and people with weakened immune systems who spend more time on the floors.
Shoes track in allergens like pollen, which can aggravate allergies and asthma within your home.
Outdoor shoes can pick up pesticides, herbicides, and other chemicals from roads and lawns, which can then be transferred to your home's surfaces.
In summary, I, for one, will be posting signs on my doors asking those who enter to please remove their shoes. I'm emailing a copy of the sign that you can print and tape to your doors.

SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 SUPERMARKETS ARE POISONING US
Bioengineered (BE) foods, particularly those engineered for herbicide resistance, can contain man-made chemicals, such as glyphosate, which are applied during cultivation and may leave residues in the final product. While the genetic modification itself isn't a chemical process, the agricultural practices associated with many BE crops, such as the widespread use of herbicides like glyphosate on herbicide-tolerant varieties, can lead to the presence of these man-made chemicals in the food.
How man-made chemicals enter bioengineered food
-
Herbicide-resistant crops:
Many bioengineered crops are engineered to tolerate specific herbicides, allowing farmers to spray these chemicals over the entire field to kill weeds without harming the crop.
The herbicide is applied to the crop, and when it's harvested and processed, measurable quantities of the chemical can remain as residues on or in the food product.
Even if the modified genetic material is no longer detectable in highly processed ingredients like corn oil or soy lecithin, these ingredients can still carry residues of man-made chemicals used in their production.
Examples and concerns
-
Glyphosate:
A widely used herbicide, glyphosate is often applied to bioengineered corn and soy crops. It has been classified as "probably carcinogenic" by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).
-
Concentrated use:
The practice of using herbicides resistant to bioengineered crops can result in a significant increase in the amount of these chemicals sprayed on agricultural fields.
In summary, the bioengineering process itself doesn't add chemicals, but the way many bioengineered crops are cultivated often involves the use of man-made herbicides, leading to chemical residues in the harvested food.
What is the biggest problem with GMOs?

Where to Buy
No food store entirely avoids bioengineered (BE) foods, but stores like Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, ALDI, and Sprouts prioritize them by offering large selections of certified organic and Non-GMO Project Verified products, and having store-brand items formulated to exclude BE ingredients. To definitively avoid BE foods, look for the USDA Organic seal or the Non-GMO Project Verified butterfly logo on product labels, as these certifications prohibit GMOs and require third-party verification.
To avoid bioengineered (BE) or genetically modified (GM) foods, look for the USDA Organic Seal or the Non-GMO Project Verified seal on labels, buy from local farmers' markets, and choose whole, unprocessed foods over processed products with a high risk of containing BE ingredients like corn, soy, and canola oil. Reading ingredient lists carefully and seeking out products explicitly labeled "Non-GMO" or "GMO-free" also helps avoid these foods.
